A tell-tale sign of too much protein in your urine is when your urine is very foamy urine, frothy urine, or bubbly urine.
What is happening here is that your body is not breaking down certain proteins properly or you have been ingesting a lot of protein.
When you have a lot of protein in your urine, the protein reacts with the air and water, creating the foamy urine.
Sometimes you may experience foamy urine after eating a lot of fish, chicken and other meats. These meats contain muco-proteins. If your body is not breaking down these proteins efficiently, the protein is usually expelled from your body in your urine. The proteins then produce foamy urine.
Now if you continually experience foamy urine, see a doctor. Foamy urine
can be a symptom of kidney problems or a gallbladder problem.
Hematuria or Blood in urine is not something to be taken lightly. You should note the urine color and you note the frequency of the urine color. Report this information to your doctor as soon as possible.
