I ate a large avocado in my spinach salad, along with my fish dinner. After finishing dinner, I started feeling very sick with abdominal pain (gas) and nausea. I needed to urinate and the color was normal. After taking a shower to feel better, I had the urge to urinate again, which is very unusual for me. This time, I expelled the clearest urine that I have ever seen in my life. This all happened over a two-hour period. I feel much better now, although I am still experiencing excessive gas. Questions: Did I have an allergic reaction to the avocado? What does the clear urine mean? Thanks!
